WK 2010 Holland-Spain 0-1. Well the Dutch did'nt make it to the top, but one place ahead of Germany, and for many Dutch Soccer Fan supporters, that was enough anyway.

WK Game # 2 for the Netherlands. A relative larger crowd showed up to watch the Holland-Japan soccer match on saturday june 19. The Dutch Lion held its own and ended up with a 2-0 win.

There has been a change in the viewing of the next two soccer matches of the Netherlands at the Howard Johnson Dutch Inn, Cornwall, PEI in Henry's Lounge.  On Saturday morning June 19 we will have the game LIVE at 8.30 am, Holland vs Japan. There will be a Steak and Eggs special, and the Lounge received special permission from the PEI Gov. to have the lounge open early. They even are allowed to sell beer that early in the morning, but that's beside the point. KIDS must be accompanied by a parent. NO kids allowed under 19, without a parent.  On Thursday June 24 we will have the game LIVE at 3.30 pm. Hope to see you al there again dressed up in orange. Gerry and Hendricus.
